After a disappointing 2012, Styal golfer David Horsey appears to be regaining his form.
In his latest outing, he collected a cheque for €8,190 after a final round of 68 to finish tied for 38th at the Royal Johannesburg and Kensington Golf Club.
It took his season’s earnings to nearly €40,000 and maintained his record of making the cut in each of his four events this year.
Horsey will now take a two-week break before returning to action at the Tshwane Open on 28 February.
Elsewhere, Jamie Donaldson is set to miss the Africa Open. The 37-year-old Macclesfield golfer will next play in the WGC-Accenture Match Play Championship, which tees off in Arizona on 20 February.
