Chester’s Gorstella Gallery is holding its rather short Autumn exhibition.
The exhibition is showcasing over 100 landscapes, seascapes, still lifes and portraits by local artists including the late Edwin Forrest and Donald McIntyre.Gallery owner, Bridget Kimber said: “We had a fantastic turnout for the preview evening and hope to see lots more people over the next week.
“This exhibition has a great variety of art from the contemporary work of Martyn Jones and stylistic ink sketches of Karel Lek to the almost photographic quality oils of Ian Walton and the unique style of Anne Aspinall, there really is something for everyone!”
Jenny Hirst, David Grosvenor and David Lloyd Griffith, all of whom are based in Wales and the North West, are also displaying their latest work at the exhibition in the converted Cheshire barn gallery.
