Scotland has voted to stay in the United Kingdom, rejecting independence.
The historic referendum saw an unprecedented turnout with the No side winning with 2,001,926 votes over 1,617,989 Yes.
With all 32 council areas in Scotland declared, No secured 55% of the vote with Yes achieving 45%.
In a speech outside 10 Downing Street Prime Minister David Cameron said: “The people of Scotland have spoken. It is a clear result. They have kept our country of four nations together. Like millions of other people, I am delighted.’
