Warrington Market will be hosting the hugely popular annual food festival on Saturday 18 May.
Visitors to the town centre will be able to sample culinary delights from around the region and enjoy a day of family friendly entertainment.
Steve Pickering, market manager, said the town centre will come alive as Cheshire’s best food and drink producers pitch up their stalls for the day.
“As always, you can expect an amazing selection of items to take away or enjoy on the day, from artisan bread, cheese and gourmet pies to chilli products and tasty local ales,” he said.
“Fantastic world foods will be on offer including Mexican, Greek, Moroccan and Mediterranean dishes to name just a few and let’s not forget the sweet treats!”
Coun Mike Hannon, deputy leader of the council, said: “Every year we get a fantastic turnout for this event and I’m sure this year will be no different. Dozens of food and craft traders travel from all over the country to bring the very best produce to Warrington so make sure you don’t miss out.”
On the day there will also be chance to watch a cooking demonstration from the ‘Love Food Hate Waste’ team or take a spin on a fairground ride.
