Weaver Vale Housing Trust is celebrating after not only securing a place in the Sunday Times Top 100 Not-for-Profit Organisations to Work For list for the 5th consecutive year – but also being in the top 20 companies!
The trust, which employs more than 350 staff and owns over 6,000 homes in Frodsham, Northwich, Winsford and surrounding rural areas, found out they had moved up six places in the rankings to 18th at a glittering awards ceremony held in London last week.
Steve Jennings, Chief Executive of Weaver Vale Housing Trust, said: “We are absolutely delighted to appear in the list for the fifth consecutive year and to move into the top 20 is fantastic.
“The trust is run on strong values and it’s reassuring to know that the staff have faith in the work we are doing to benefit the communities and customers we serve,” added Steve.
The Sunday Times Top 100 list is based on results from the independent national Best Companies survey which has been conducted since 2001 and is widely recognised as the UK’s largest definitive survey of workplace satisfaction.
